As a Senior Manager, Banking Operations in Treasury, you will be responsible for overseeing our bank account infrastructure, treasury payments, cash positioning, short term cash borrowing, cash investments, as well as our accounting and audit support. You will help execute and manage our investments policy, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) training, and fraud education. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for executing our banking operations, including but not limited payments, accounting, cash positioning and bank transmissions. By employing a strong attention to detail combined with good judgement, you will help execute our critical treasury functions to a high degree of precision and employ effective problem solving to address issues.

About you: 

• Four-year degree, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking or Finance Operations
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading an operations focused team or function
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Experience with SAP or similar general ledger system is preferred 
• Experience in Treasury is preferred
