As aSr. MotionGraphicsDesigner,you will bring your aptitude in motion graphics design, production and technical knowledge to help bring the creative vision to life on a diverse mix of motionwork touching broadcast, digital, social,OOH, in-store,experiential and CGIproject deliverables

Your role will encompass different facets per project fromconceptingcreative solutionsthroughexecution ofapproved concepts in ways thatchallenge conventional thinking to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives. Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across creative, technology, andproductiondisciplines, you are comfortable in hands-on creation, as well asexplainingconceptsto partners across theorganization, including creative senior leadership. You will need to demonstrate excellentfundamentals of composition, color and typography.Critical to this role is staying current withmotion and technologytrends and experiences, and being a passionate advocate for great design.

About you: 

  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experiencepreferred

  • 7 - 10 years of relevant professional experiencepreferred but not required

  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating breadth of motion capabilities, with a focus on design and art direction

  • Expert knowledge of standard design software (Adobe tools, Mac platform, etc.)

  • Expertise ineither 2D, 3D or both – AE, C4D and/or Maya

  • Unity/Unreal experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Think strategically, critically and creatively

  • Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results

  • Desire and ability to learn quickly – self-starting, highly motivated, fast working

  • Ability to present to senior creative leadership with clear, compelling rationale for creative solutions

  • Collaborative influencer with a clear POV and ability to establish rapport with peers

  • Adept at managing multiple, concurrent and complex projects 

  • Flexible to travel as needed
