Growing the power and efficiency of this tiny user base translates directly to incremental profit. And as one of the first tools at Target to successfully integrate artificial intelligence, the clearance team is truly innovating.
The clearance product team is split between Bangalore, India and Minneapolis, MN. India evenings overlap with Minnesota mornings. Expect 6am calls 3 days a week, relaxed afternoons, and low-key Fridays.

Engage users in research, product discovery, testing, and support
Distill myriad inputs into clear problems and focused solutions
Craft UX strategy that aligns tactical feature work into a whole

Support other designers in your product area as well as lead small initiatives with all discovery tasks generating new concepts and hypotheses, rapidly prototype and test those ideas, support and conduct UX research, pivot quickly to new directions
