The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

A role within Target Guest Engagement Product means a big opportunity to create capabilities and experiences that unlock new and exciting ways to engage with our guestsIn this role you will lead and define product implementation specific to Memberships that helps to fuel the continued growth of Loyalty. Target Circle is the Loyalty program that is focused on delivering an effortless and more personalized shopping and saving experience from start to finish.Since 2019, Target Circle has helped over 100 million Target Circle members save millions of dollars every year. After the recent re-launch the Loyalty program now brings together three great options for our guests across Target Circle, Target Circle Card and Target Circle 360

As a Sr. Product Manager for Memberships one of the primary areas of focus will be overseeing the guest’s relationship with Target Circle across all pillars.  This role will ensure Target is providing a best-in-class experience for our guests to enroll, manage and engage with the full suite of personalized benefitsAs a backend capability team you will work closely with the front end teams to power a best in class experience for our guestsThis rolewill partner closely across guest data, digital,marketing and our front end partners to create the strongest foundation in support of Loyalty.  

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product.  You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.

You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you: 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of product management experience and experience within the retail promotional or loyalty landscape
  • Technical aptitude
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, both within domain and cross-business
  • Experience with front end digital experience teams
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
