A role in Reputation Management means you will help facilitate how the company prepares for, responds to, and monitors reputation risk. As Sr. Consultant, Reputation Management, you will wear many hats and be an integral player in supporting the Reputation & Risk (R&R) program, which is the company’s central structure for preparing for potential reputation risks and responding to materialized risk events. Some of the specific things you may be responsible for include:
Drafting and maintaining R&R program materials, including best practices and templates
Managing and innovating the tools and technology systems used to support the R&R program and Reputation Management activities (i.e., Salesforce, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
Helping evolve and execute reputation measurement and reporting practices
Supporting reputation issues management by conducting both real-time and ongoing research, monitoring and analysis
Supporting our reputation stakeholder engagement function by aiding in stakeholder identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting
Leading corporate governance research and monitoring work
Assisting with R&R communication content development and distribution
Engaging partners from across the enterprise as we work together to support key business initiatives, and provide valuable insights and analysis

About You
B.A/B.S degree
Minimum 3-5 years of directly related experience in issues management, reputation management, risk insights and analysis, communications, public policy
Excellent written, oral and facilitation communication skills; ability to distill complex topics into clear and concise analysis
Expertise and interest in collecting, mining, and visualizing both quantitative and qualitative data
Ability to work in team situations and to contribute to cross-functional activities
Experience conducting research using a variety of open source or subscription intelligence tools
Highly organized and efficient, able to work in a fast-paced, highly sensitive area and manage multiple tasks at the same time; strong sense of urgency and priority
Bias for action and strong ability to execute with minimal oversight: coordinate, prioritize, put forth recommendations, establish goals, ensure timelines are met and resources are being used wisely
Ability to innovate and engage in continuous improvement of our program and processes
Demonstrated curiosity, creative problem solving and leadership skills
