A role with Target Store Experience Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests’ holistic experience of our marketing content inside our stores. You’ll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on In-Store Marketing’s activities. Bring your exceptional skills for prioritization to manage projects to meet budget and timing parameters. Here, you’ll balance efficiency with effectiveness as you proactively drive the end-to-end marketing process to ensure accurate and timely production and delivery for all in-store marketing deliverables.
As a Store Experience Marketing Events Project Manager, you’ll lead the execution of strategies that drive the successful completion and positively impact the in-store experience for in-store activations through development and driving holistic project plans, connecting partners, and optimizing processes and tools. Leverage your excellent communication and time management skills to manage your project plan in collaboration with key stakeholders and ensure cross-functional teams are meeting deadlines. - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Project Management or Store experience
- Proven experience in project management: high performing results managing and executing multiple complex projects simultaneously,
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence
- Excellent communication, negotiation - ability to have a healthy debate, and time management skills
- Collaborative team player, ability to co-create with passion
- Strong organization and planning skills
