A role with Target Media Network is an opportunity to represent the company in the sales of digital media, advertising and custom marketing campaign solutions to the national media and advertising agency market. You’ll develop and present market-leading media strategies and smart solutions that exceed our clients’ needs—all with a focus on delivering on Target’s unmatched brand promise. Your challenge will be to lead the RFP process including reviewing responses, writing proposals, coordinating insertion orders and managing client contact reports. Use your strong communication skills and digital media experience to tell the story of Target’s key differentiators in the media and ad markets. Apply your proven success in leveraging data to distill the relevant insights that influence clients. As a Systems and Analytics Lead you are the primary system administrator of Salesforce responsible for driving the strategy, approach, and full system administration for our TMN Salesforce cloud platform.  You will lead the development of all new Salesforce functionality including creating new reports and solutions for our Salesforce users.  You assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.  As a Systems and Analytics Lead you serve as the lead for TMN’s cross functional Salesforce team.  You will give direction to our internal and external technology partners clearly translating business priorities to ensure we have the functionality needed to meet TMN business needs.  You will be the champion for clean data that fuels our CRM reports. You will partner with our audit team to ensure they have the reports needed to reconcile any discrepancies.  As a Systems and Analytics Lead you will evaluate, negotiate, and manage the systems, services, and tools that help our sales team prospect and drive advertising revenue.  You will also measure the effectiveness of our b2b events and marketing materials using Salesforce CRM reports and prospecting tools such as Clearslide.  You will assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization.  You have the resources of a fortune 50 company while maintaining the nimbleness of a rapidly growing startup digital advertising business.  You will report to the Director of Training & Enablement.
About you:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce strategy and administration experience (Salesforce Certified)
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills,  detailed-oriented, and passionate about accuracy
  • Experience working in an agile environment- prioritizing and kicking off work for internal and external tech partners
  • Experience developing Salesforce reporting/tech solutions for complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Clear demonstration of influencing key stakeholders in a complex organization
