Inspire guests to create outfits through personal interactions, mannequin moments and compelling visual presentations. Create an inviting shopping environment by staying current on trends and brand guides along with executing visual standards and visual merchandising guides. Encourage guests to explore all apparel and accessories areas with confidence by ensuring product is organized, signed correctly and merchandised to support style trends.
Qualifications: Ensure product is available for guests to shop by assessing salesfloor and backroom inventory and replenishing product as needed. Build business acumen to stay ahead of product sell-through, promotional sales, and clearance items so guests always experience an organized shopping destination. Support changes to product assortment and keep the area inspiring to guests all year round by remerchandising new product and maintaining a brand space following new sets. Greet the guest and introduce yourself as the consultant in the department while balancing current task. Ask open-ended questions to understand the guest's needs and wants; share features and benefits with the guest. Actively highlight and introduce guests to new brands to build loyalty and brand affinity.
