Event Description:
Target is hosting an intensive 3-day virtual symposium for 100 rising Juniors. The symposium will focus on diversity and inclusion, development, the retail industry, and internship opportunities at Target.

Application and Eligibility Requirements:

Current undergraduate sophomore who will be graduating between December 2024-August 2025
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Business Management.

More about the Distribution Center Operations Internship. As a potential 2024 Summer Intern, you will:

Gain a realistic job preview into the world of Distribution Centers at Target and insight into the day-to-day role of an Operations Manager
Experience managing a team of hourly team members and creating business strategies and goals
Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
Take initiative to learn how to be a Target leader by seeking out opportunities for growth and development; continuously learn throughout the internship experience
